I believe we're all very well aware of what's been going on with the battle over the right's to the QR name. I thought it would be great to have a thread in which to discuss it all and give our opinions. The latest news is that the trial date has been pushed back yet again to April 7th to allow more time for a settlement to be worked out: www.blabbermouth.net/news/geoff-tate-and-former-bandmates-request-four-more-weeks-to-hammer-out-queensryche-settlement/ I really hope it happens before then and there are no more push backs of the date or that it doesn't actually go to trial!

I am hoping that Geoff will finally give it up and just get his settlement and walk away. But even if he wins, which I highly doubt would happen, the guys will come up with a kick-ass replacement name and go on to rock the planet! No worries! \m/
